WiFi connectivity nearly nonexistent!!! Soaking wet beachgoers traipsing through reception makes for slippery floors!!! No cover on the balcony means rain-soaked spaces!!! Limited storage options like a meager rail with hangers leave much to be desired!!!

absolutely terrible experience at this so-called 4-star hotel, my room was loud, right by the elevator, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom light shining directly on the bed. Considering the chaos, I can’t believe no one offered a complimentary upgrade or even a warm welcome drink. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

comfortable stay but needs better cleaning
The room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated the complimentary water, toiletries, and fresh towels. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering great value for only 80kvnd per person, especially since my relatives visiting from other hotels could join. I loved the spacious room with an amazing sea view, which made my mornings delightful.
The cleaning could be more thorough, as I noticed a few overlooked areas during my stay.

Had a great time with a spacious deluxe junior suite featuring an ocean view balcony. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views. Staff were friendly and location close to many great eateries and the beach made it super convenient.
